Landscape gardeners in Potters Bar
Mature gardens that have gone gloomy. The Arlington patio is the local before-and-after.
Potters Bar gardens are often mature. Conifers planted as a screen thirty years ago are now the thing blocking the windows, and the patio underneath them has gone green and tired.
Mr Arlington’s garden is that job. A feature patio, paths to and from it, the conifers cut back, and new fence panels. He wanted it low maintenance, and the design was drawn around that rather than around a planting plan he would not have time to keep.
The town sits on the same clay as Elstree and Borehamwood. Drainage and levels are part of the first conversation, not an extra. Tree work here is also a Hertsmere matter if the tree is protected.
